The DT-SOAW Sensor on a Wire is a DS18S20 Sensor
temperature sensor soldered to the end of a 3' (formerly 6") piece of
telephone cable with a RJ-11 connector on the end. It is only available in
passive powered configuration. No diode or power option is available on
this sensor.
